1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
Orders placed during peak festive seasons or sales may take slightly longer to dispatch.

2. Shipping Charges & Rates

Standard Shipping (Prepaid): We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders above a specified threshold (e.g., ₹999 or as displayed at checkout).
Shipping rates for orders below the threshold will be calculated and displayed at checkout
Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat ₹100 COD fee applies to all Cash on Delivery orders and will be reflected at checkout..

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
Remote / Special Service Areas: Up to 8 to 10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by courier partners and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, transit disruptions, or lockdowns.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email containing your Tracking ID and link to track your order in real-time.

5. Damaged Packaging / Non-Delivery
