Welcome to House of Veora, a registered brand operated by A&A TRADERS, a sole proprietorship based in New Delhi, India. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About House of Veora

House of Veora is a fashion jewelry brand operated by A&A TRADERS. Our jewelry is made from stainless steel and is designed to be anti-tarnish, skin-friendly, hypoallergenic, and resistant to normal water splashes.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, dimensions, colors, and other information as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or the nature of individual products.

3. Product Care & Water Resistance

Our jewelry is designed to be water-splash proof and resistant to normal everyday exposure. However, prolonged or repeated exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, chlorine, and other substances may affect the appearance and longevity of the jewelry. Proper care is recommended to maintain its finish and shine.

4. Product Availability

Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to discontinue or temporarily make any product unavailable without prior notice. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact the customer regarding the available resolution.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST. Product prices and designs are subject to the information displayed on the website at the time of purchase. House of Veora reserves the right to correct any inadvertent pricing or listing errors.

6. Payment Methods

We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, Cash on Delivery (COD), and other payment options made available on the website. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization or confirmation, as applicable.

7. Order Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation may be sent to the customer after the order has been successfully received. House of Veora reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to, product unavailability or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

8. Order Cancellation

• Order Cancellations: You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched (whichever comes first).
• To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at Houseofveora@gmail.com  or WhatsApp us at +91-8796488250  with your Order ID.
• Once dispatched, an order cannot be canceled.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer shipping across India. Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our direct control, including courier delays, weather conditions, operational disruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information. House of Veora will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

11. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact us at Houseofveora@gmail.com as soon as possible.

To initiate a claim, customers may be required to provide clear photographs and/or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue with the product. This information may be used to assess and verify the claim before an exchange or other resolution is approved.

12. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied.

Products that have been worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the applicable defect or issue being demonstrated may not be eligible for return or exchange.

For hygiene and product-condition reasons, jewelry that has been worn or used cannot be returned unless the issue relates to an eligible manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, House of Veora may offer store credit or, where applicable, a refund in accordance with these Terms.

13. Return Shipping & Refunds

Unless otherwise communicated by House of Veora, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed only when an eligible replacement is unavailable or where a refund is otherwise approved by House of Veora. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the refund has been processed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or issue is the result of an error attributable to House of Veora.

14. Sale Products

Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where the product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Any additional terms specifically stated against a particular sale or promotional offer will also apply to that purchase.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
